MENTO REWARDS CAMPAIGN

This MENTO Governance Token (the “MENTO Token”) rewards campaign (the “MENTO Rewards Campaign”) is organized by Mento Labs GmbH, a Germany based company with its business address at Glogauerstr. 6, 10999 Berlin and applies to all users of a MiniPay Wallet who are participating in the MENTO Rewards Campaign. By participating in the MENTO Rewards Campaign and claiming MENTO Token in a MiniPay Wallet, users agree to the Qualification Criteria. The MENTO Token will be payable in the Mento dApp available in the MiniPay (wallet) Discovery section. Users, who don't agree with the Qualification Criteria should NOT ACCESS, USE, PARTICIPATE in the MENTO Reward Campaign.

What are the Qualification Criteria to claim MENTO Token?

To be eligible, a user must fulfil the following criteria:
  • AddCash Rewards: To qualify for the AddCash Rewards, users must add a minimum of USD 5.00 in cUSD in a single transaction using the “AddCash” function in their MiniPay Wallet. Upon successfully adding the required amount, users will earn an AddCash Rewards of 0.5 MENTO Token, which will be credited to their Mento balance after the USD cash has been successfully added to the MiniPay Wallet. The AddCash rewards is capped at one AddCash transaction per day and user.
  • Boost Rewards (cUSD balances): Users must maintain a minimum balance of 2.00 cUSD in their MiniPay Wallet throughout the weekly tracking period. Boost Rewards are calculated based on 5% of the average wallet balance per week in MENTO Token, with a weekly cap of 20.00 MENTO Token per user (holding 20.00 cUSD on average would result in 1.00 MENTO Token). Boost Rewards are distributed daily. Every two months, users will earn a higher Boost Rewards rate of 10% of their average MiniPay Wallet balance per week, with the event announced a week in advance. The minimum balance requirement is 2.00 cUSD throughout the weekly tracking period, and the Boost Rewards cap increases to 30.00 MENTO Token per user per week.
  • P2P transaction rewards: Every cUSD that a MiniPay user sends to someone in transactions of more than 1 cUSD, will be rewarded with MENTO Token (up to a maximum of 50 MENTO Token per user per month) according to the following tier based structure:
    • Transaction value: 1-2 cUSD; rewards: 0.1 MENTO token
    • Transaction value: 2-5 cUSD; rewards: 0.2 MENTO token
    • Transaction value: > 5 cUSD; rewards: 0.5 MENTO token
  • The maximum amounts distributed in the MENTO Rewards Campaign across all users are capped at 3m MENTO Token.
  • More qualification criteria may be added.

Participating in this MENTO Rewards Campaign means you agree that your MENTO Token balances are subject to a lockup period beginning at the time of MENTO Token's listing on an exchange (TGE), with MENTO Tokens unlocking gradually over a specified time frame. Detailed information will be announced soon.

Disclaimer: Users who are a resident of Brazil, Myanmar (Burma), Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, the so-called Luhansk People's Republic, Mali, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), South Sudan, Syria, Yemen and the UK are not allowed to take part in this MENTO Rewards Campaign and earn MENTO Token.
